Anxiety during the Covid Pandemic

It is completely normal to feel anxious as a result of living in the time of a global pandemic. But living with, sometimes constant, anxiety is very unpleasant.

As counsellors, working with people to help them better manage their anxiety, to live more productively despite their anxiety, is our business. So at this time, we will be running a series of workshops and sessions to help individuals, share our experiences, and find coping mechanisms together.

Sessions run on Thursdays at 7pm. We have a series of topics and speakers lined up. You can attend all sessions, or only those that suit your schedule. Since it is a private zoom, you will need to provide your email address so that you can receive an invite to each session. We will set up a Whatsapp group to help communicate to check in and send out zoom links as the group becomes for fully formed.

RED DOOR is a counselling practice in Hong Kong. It is also a training centre for counsellors. As such some of our super counsellors-in-training can offer free individual counselling to some of our session attendees. Angela can explain to you how this works.
